Ingredients:
Base layer:Orange Mousse
Orange juice-1/2 cup
Whipping cream-1/2 cup
Powdered sugar-1/4 cup
Gelatine-11/4 tsp
Water 1/4 cup
Top Layer:Orange jelly
Orange juice-1/4 cup
Gelatine-1/2 tsp
Water 1 tbsp

Method:
Orange mousse layer:
1.Mix gelatine with water and double boil it until the gelatine is completely dissolved.When it is cooled completely, add it to the orange juice and mix well.
2.Whip the whipping cream until stiff peaks are formed.Add the orange juice to it and mix well.
3.Divide and pour it to the serving bowls and allow it to set in refrigerator for one hour.
Orange jelly layer:
1.Mix 1/2 tsp gelatine with 1tbsp water and double boil it until it is completely dissolved.When it is cooled completely add it to the orange juice and mix well.
2.Pour this over the set orange mousse layer.Again move it back to the refrigerator and allow it to set for another 2 hours.
Notes:
- You may adjust the quantity of sugar according to the sweetness of orange juice.
