Ingredients:
Pasta (any) -200gBeans - 8-10 chopped
Carrot -1 small chopped
Capsicum -half chopped
Garlic -2 chopped
Mix italian herbs- 3/4 tsp
Pepper powder-1 tsp
Tomato pureed -2 (tomatoes)
Butter -as required

Method:
1.Cook pasta according to package instructions adding salt and 1/2 tsp olive oil2.Keep aside 1/2 cup of pasta cooking water for later use.
3.Add butter to a heated pan and saute the garlic.Add pepper powder and fry for a minute.
4.Add the vegetables one by one and cook .Don't forget to add enough salt .
5.In another pan,add butter and cook the tomato puree until the raw taste of tomato disappears and it becomes thick.
6.Add cooked pasta and mix well.
7.Add in the vegetables and mix.Pour 1/2 cup pasta cooking water and cook for 2 minutes in low flame.
8.Add the mix italian herbs and mix well.Switch off the heat.
Notes:
- You can add some cheese for extra taste.
- You can replace vegetables with cooked chicken/beef for a non vegetarian version.
- You can also add corn along with vegetables.
- Instead of butter, you may use olive oil.
