Ingredients:
For pannacotta:
Thick cream-250mlMilk-250 ml
Sugar -6tbsp
Vanilla essence -1 tsp
Clear and unflavoured Gelatin 1.5 tsp
For strawberry sauce
Strawberry-10Sugar-4tbsp
Water-2 tbsp

Method:
Pannacotta:1.Soak gelatin in 6 tablespoons of milk for 10 minutes.
2.Pour thick cream and milk to a saucepan.Add sugar and mix well.
Slowly bring to the boil over a medium heat. Add the vanilla essence.
3.Add the soaked gelatin to the hot cream-milk mixture.Stir until the gelatin has dissolved.
4.Remove from the heat and divide the mixture among four individual pudding bowls and leave to cool completely. Refrigerate for two hours, until set.
Strawberry sauce:
1.Chop strawberry into small pieces.
2.Add the strawberry pieces,sugar and water to a pan and bring to boil over medium heat.Reduce the heat and allow to simmer until the syrup is slightly thick and sticky.
3.Once cooled ,transfer it to an airtight container and refrigerate.
Demould the pannacotta and top it with strawberry sauce just before serving.
Notes:
- You can prepare the strawberry syrup beforehand.
- You can top the pannacotta with fresh berries instead of strawberry sauce.
- To demould the pannacotta ,break the seal by inserting a small knife between pannacotta and bowl.Turn on to a serving plate.
- You can use whipping cream instead of thick cream.Remember to take 2tsp of gelatin if you are using whipping cream.
