Orange Mousse

Carrot Payasam| Carrot Kheer


Ingredients:
Carrot grated-1/2 kg
Milk-1 ltr
Sugar-1.5 cup
Cardamom powder of 15
Cashew nut-as required
Ghee-as required

Method:
1.In a pan,saute carrot in 2tbsp ghee for 2-3 minutes.Add 1 cup milk to it and cook the carrot in low flame.Switch off the flame when the whole milk is absorbed.Once the carrot is cooled,grind it into a fine paste .
2.Pour 1 tbsp ghee to a pan and add the ground carrot and sugar .Cook the carrot in the sugar syrup until thick.
3.Pour the remaining milk to it, mix well and let the milk come to a boil. Stir continuously until  thick.
4.Fry cashewnuts in ghee and add.The carrot kheer is ready to serve
